RETURNS POLICY

Due to health, safety, and quality assurance standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any edible products that have been opened, tampered.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have an issue with a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue. 

Returns for non-edible supplies

We may consider return for an item under some guidelines

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original, sealed packaging.

  • The request for a return must be made within [Number] days of delivery.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at bbsweets.orders@yahoo.com within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.

  3. We may request photos of the item and its packaging.

  4. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
