Warm weather can affect chocolate during shipping, especially when temperatures are above 75°F or packages may remain outside after delivery. To help reduce the risk of melting, we offer an optional Cold Packaging Add-On that includes insulated packaging and/or ice packs.
This add-on is strongly recommended during warmer months but is not required. Customers who choose Standard Shipping without cold protection understand that melted items caused by heat exposure during transit cannot be refunded or replaced.
Although cold packaging helps protect your order, it does not guarantee that products will arrive completely unaffected by heat. If you selected the Cold Packaging Add-On and your order arrives with melting issues, please contact bbsweetd.orders@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the situation individually.
